Children

The purpose of the Preschool and children's ministries is to provide a Christian environment for children to learn about God through Bible study, music, relationships, and recreational activities such as summer camps, the Harvest Festival, Parents' Day Out, and the Easter Egg Hunt.


Regular Children's Activities
Sundays
9:45 am - 10:45 am Sunday School
In these classes, divided by age, children learn about the Bible and the church in a unique environment that resembles life in old Jerusalem and includes rotations of drama, crafts, music, science and storytelling.

Wednesdays
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm Choir and Bible Time
Preschool through 5th graders meet during this time to have age appropriate music activities, learn and sing songs, have fun and creative Bible/devotional and have free play time in the gym.

Other Children's Events

Summer
Vacation Bible School
Preschool through 5th graders have a fabulous time learning Bible, doing crafts, eating snacks and having recreation all with a single theme.


Children's Camp
3rd through 6th graders can attend a spend-the-night away from home camp for five days where they fellowship and learn with other churches and children.

Wednesday Evening Bible and Activity Time
Preschool through 5th graders have a special time just for them from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm where they learn about missions, do activities, work on Bible memorization, and have free play time in the gym.

Seasonal

Harvest Festival
On October 31, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm preschool through 5th grade children are invited to a safe and fun Halloween alternative with music, a moonwalk, many booths of games, prizes, crafts, and of course, Candy!

Parent's Day Out
On the first Saturday of December, from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, children of all ages are invited to the church for a time of fun, food, crafts and more while their parents get a chance to shop or just enjoy a day out.

Easter Egg Hunt
Children of all ages attend this annual event at a house near the church where eggs are hidden and discovered, games are played, contests are held, prizes are won, and of course candy and food are shared by all children and their families.
